The  Freeway is a not for profit initiative that would not exist without the generous support of every day people like you. Thank you for talking the time to consider if The Freeway Coffee House is something you would like to financially contribute to.

Q: I often come to The Freeway Coffee House during the week how can I help?

A: Talk to any of our Baristas during business hours or at a special event and they would be happy to help process your donation. We can except donations through Debit, Credit Card, Cheque, Cash or drop some of your loose change into our donation box at the coffee bar.

Q: Can I receive a Tax Receipt.
A: We are able to issue a tax receipt for any donation greater then $10. Please provide us with your Name and Address and we will be sure to send you your tax receipt in the new year.

Q: I’m not able to come to the Coffee House but I would really like to help support the work of The Freeway, how do I send you my donation?
A: Thank you so much for believing in the work that The Freeway is doing. You can send a cheque (yes people still do except cheques) made out to The Freeway and mail it to 333 King Street East, Hamilton, ON, L8N1C1. Be sure to include your name and address so we can issue a tax receipt to you in the new year.

Q: Where will my money be going to?
A: Your donation will help us with many of The Freeway’s urban community initiatives. Some of the activities that your donation will help maintain are: drop in events for Seniors, cultural events like local concerts and art exhibits, coffee house, job training opportunities for adults with disabilities, and above all you help The Freeway open it’s doors to our urban downtown neighbourhood as a valuable space that fosters Hope, Justice, Community, and  Beauty.
