At our worship gatherings, we are currently in the midst of a teaching series based on the book of Ecclesiates. The first week (this past Sunday) was entitled “Meaningless.” We explored the beginning of this famous “memoir” of King Solomon to see what it might say to us today about our culture, our lives, and the eternal. Is everything meaningless, fleeting, futile? Should have been there, I guess.
