Rates

$50 per hour with coffee house with barista service

$25 per hour for private events without barista service.

Weekend full-day rates from $99.

The coffee house space can comfortably seat 75 people and has a maximum capacity of 150 people. Included is the use of the PA system, the digital projector, main upstairs space & stage area furnished with leather couches, small round café style tables and beautiful oak chairs. Your rental also includes wireless internet access, a main floor wheelchair accessible washroom, and a unisex main floor washroom. The front doors of the coffee house are fully wheelchair accessible, allowing everyone full accessibility to the upstairs space.
