Main Coffee House Space

$75 per hour

• This rental rate includes the main upstairs space & stage area furnished with beautiful leather couches, small round café style tables and beautiful oak chairs. Your rental also includes free wireless internet access, a main floor wheelchair accessible washroom, and a unisex main floor washroom. You also have access to additional men’s and women’s washrooms, an infant change station, and an unsupervised coat check area in the basement. The front automatic doors of the coffee house are fully wheelchair accessible, allowing everyone full accessibility to the upstairs space. The main coffee house space can comfortably seat 100 people and has a maximum capacity of 150 people.
• On-site catering is also available.

Private Multi-Purpose Meeting Space

$25 per hour

• This rental rate includes our private multi-purpose meeting space, free wireless internet access, couches, tables, chairs (depending on your requirements), access to our men’s and women’s washrooms, an infant change station, and an unsupervised coat check area. The multi-purpose space can seat up to 40 people comfortably.
• On-site catering is also available.

PA System

$75 per day

• The PA system rental includes a 14 channel Yorkville powered mixer with 2 stereo inputs, 2 Shure SM-58 microphones, 2 DI boxes, 2 wall mounted Yorkville speakers, 2 Yorkville monitors, a CD/DVD player, and all needed cables.
